Terms of Service

1. General

Welcome to the official R-CHY website. The use of this website and the services offered are subject to the terms detailed in this document. By using the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Services

R-CHY provides professional mixing and mastering services at various levels, according to the packages offered on the website.

The client undertakes to:

• Provide high-quality audio files in an acceptable format (WAV/AIFF)
• Hold full usage rights to the musical material
• Ensure that files are delivered edited and free of technical issues

R-CHY reserves the right to use completed works for portfolio or marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in advance and in writing.

3. Payment and Cancellation Policy

• Payment will be made in advance, full or partial, as agreed in the order
• Cancellation after work has begun will be charged 50% of the service cost

Each package includes a defined number of revisions:

• Mastering – 1 free revision
• Stem Mastering – up to 2 free revisions
• Mix + Master Full – up to 3 free revisions

Revisions beyond the defined amount or substantial changes after final approval will incur additional charges.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

• All rights to the creation itself remain with the client
• Rights to the work processes, mix, and master belong to R-CHY until full payment is received
• Website content (texts, images, logos, designs) may not be copied, duplicated, or used without express written permission

5. Liability

Services are provided "As Is" – R-CHY commits to professionalism and high standards, but is not responsible for commercial results (such as label signings, streaming positions, or marketing success).

6. Privacy

Personal information provided (name, email, audio files) will be used solely for service provision. R-CHY commits not to transfer this information to third parties without prior consent.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

R-CHY reserves the right to update the terms of service at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
